The likely salary range for this position is $102,000 - $138,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
Total compensation for international positions varies by tax, social security, and immigration statuses, as well as location. Generally, an international assignment may include allowances, premium uplifts, and/or relocation or transportation benefits, above base salary range noted.

As a Network/Systems Administrator, the work you'll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of USCENTCOM. You will play a crucial role in providing systems integration, installation, maintenance and operational support to the USMILGP offices, serving as the primary IT support resource.
- Administer, test, and support all USMILGP Israel voice, video, data, network, and communications systems, including training and full operations and maintenance (O&M)
- Provide comprehensive support to VIP personnel and staff, encompassing a wide range of responsibilities including strategic communications, transportation arrangements, logistical planning, event coordination, stakeholder engagement, and the seamless execution of dynamic and evolving priorities to ensure operational and mission success.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Bring your technology expertise and drive for innovation to GDIT. The Systems Administrator Senior must have:
- Certification: Applicable DoW 8140 or DoW 8570 Certification
- Experience: 3+ years of related experience
- Schedule: 60 hours per week
- Required skills:
- Experience with troubleshooting Microsoft OS (Windows 10/11), Active Directory, Microsoft Office suite, Cisco networking (routers and switches).
- Experience with troubleshooting and managing cryptographic encryptors (KG-175D/F) and simple key loaders (SKL).
- Under minimal supervision, provide remote and on-site technical support to install, troubleshoot, repair, operate, and maintain computers (hardware and software), telecommunications, and network equipment-including workstations, printers, scanners, cryptographic encryptors, COMSEC key(s), routers, switches, VoSIPs, and related systems-across all USCENTCOM networks.
- Implement fix actions and patches through various means such as registry edits and patch installation.
- Maintain equipment and cable infrastructure (CAT- 5/6, fiber optics) including installation and labeling in accordance with (IAW) USCENTCOM developed policies, standards, and procedures.
- Develop and maintain documentation including SOP/TTPs, network diagrams, inventories, COMSEC documentation, regulations, checklists, and operational trackers; provide updates as required.
- Provide user training and support on USCENTCOM equipment (within the scope of this task) to all USMILGP Israel personnel.
- Provide on-call/on-site support and proactively monitor systems and network connectivity to identify and resolve incidents, outages, or degradations.
- Support lifecycle planning and execution, including procurement of hardware, software, and supplies; maintain accurate inventory of all USMILGP Israel equipment.
- Provide high-visibility support to VIP personnel and staff, requiring adaptability, initiative, and a mission-focused approach to execute evolving requirements across IT, logistics, transportation, and event coordination.
- Facilitate Visitor Access Requests to ensure USCENTCOM personnel are authorized and processed for entry into the embassy.
- Collaborate with external organizations to coordinate efforts and support mission requirements.
- Desired skills:
- Bachelor's Degree with a focus in computer science, engineering, or a related field of study.
- Microsoft, Cisco, and/or CompTIA certifications.
- Security clearance level: TS/SCI clearance required.
- US citizenship required
- Must be able to work overseas for up to a year.
