The Role

Crescendo is looking for talented individuals to join our Sales team as Sales Support Specialists II. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers, helping guide them through their initial experience with one of our innovative partners in the short-term rental technology space.

You’ll play a key role in connecting with trial users, understanding their needs, and turning their interest into meaningful conversations with our Account Executives. If you enjoy speaking with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a natural ability to build connections, this role is for you.


What You’ll Do:

  • Engage with new trial users promptly via phone, introducing the product and setting the tone for a great customer experience
  • Qualify leads by asking thoughtful questions, identifying needs, and capturing key insights
  • Schedule meetings between potential customers and Account Executives
  • Conduct follow-ups to confirm attendance, send reminders, and reschedule when needed
  • Re-engage with missed appointments to keep the conversation moving forward
  • Support lead generation efforts through outbound calls, email, and chat outreach
  • Identify customer pain points and share insights with the Sales team to support successful conversions
  • Provide a friendly, professional, and engaging experience across all communication channels
  • Maintain accurate records and manage multiple conversations while staying organized and detail-oriented


What We Expect From You:

  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written – EFSET C1 or C2 level or equivalent)
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or technical support
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Confidence in speaking with a wide range of customers and guiding conversations toward action
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and follow-up skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to change
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple platforms (CRM tools, messaging platforms, etc.)
  • Customer-focused mindset with a genuine desire to help and solve problems
  • Strong time management skills, punctuality, and accountability
  • Nice to Have:
    • Familiarity with platforms like Airbnb, Vrbo, or Booking.com
    • Experience in appointment setting or sales environments
    • Interest in working in a diverse and collaborative global environment
