About the OpportunityWere looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Experience Administrator to join our team.
In this role, youll support the smooth and compliant delivery of our aged care services by managing key administrative processes and systems. Youll work closely with stakeholders across the Dovida network to ensure accurate records, strong compliance with regulatory requirements, and an efficient, seamless experience for both clients and internal teams.
Beyond day-to-day administration, youll also contribute to process improvements, communications, and national initiatives. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly while making a meaningful impact in the aged care sector.
We are looking for someone to join our team 3 days per week on an initial6-month maternity leave contract.

- Maintain client and provider data across My Aged Care and internal systems
- Ensure outlet profiles and service information are accurate and compliant
- Manage system access (RAM, My Aged Care, GPMS)
- Coordinate newsletters, communications, and national webinars
- Provide general administrative support across the team
- Maintain documents and resources in SharePoint
- Support audits, compliance, and process improvements
- Administrative experience (aged care or healthcare preferred)
- Strong knowledge of My Aged Care (desirable)
- Proficient in Microsoft 365
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
