The Part-Time Pharmacist will provide essential pharmacy services within an acute inpatient psychiatric facility, ensuring safe and effective medication management in coordination with doctors and nurses. This role offers the opportunity to work in behavioral health, gain experience with a unique patient population, and collaborate with a supportive team.

Pharmacy Location: Old Vineyard Behavioral Health Services in Winston-Salem, NC.

Schedule: This position will work approximately 20 hours per week, covering weekdays and weekends. Weekday shifts are 7:30am – 4:00pm and weekend shifts are 7:30am – 2:30pm. Scheduling is flexible to the individual and the team for coverage of patient care.

About the Facility: OldVineyard Behavioral Health Services, located in WinstonSalem, NC, is a fully licensed, campus-style behavioral health hospital offering comprehensive care for adolescents, adults, and seniors. The facility delivers 24/7 inpatient programs–including crisis intervention, stabilization, detox, and specialized tracks for trauma recovery, dual diagnosis, and mood disorders–as well as outpatient services like Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP). With a multidisciplinary team and a compassionate, patient-focused approach, OldVineyard fosters mental wellness through evidence-based therapies in a supportive, healing environment.

The hourly pay for this role will range from $44.09 to $78.70 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
