Summary:

As the HR Administrator, you play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and consistent operation of Human Resources by managing the day-to-day processes that support key areas of the business. From benefits administration and compliance oversight to employee programs, you are a critical part of the team that delivers positive employee experience and upholds a culture of operational excellence.

Requirements:
  • Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefit programs, including new hire enrollments, qualifying life event changes, and annual open enrollment; manage carrier communications and ensure timely and accurate processing of benefits.
  • Employee Relations: Support daily employee relations matters, including coordinating termination processes and facilitating exit interviews as needed.
  • Performance & Development: Support and track employee development and performance improvement plans, collaborate on quarterly review evaluations, and coordinate training programs such as sexual harassment prevention and manager development.
  • HR Operations & Billing: Reconcile and process HR-related billing.
  • HR Systems & Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system and support ongoing automation and process improvements.
  • Communication & Engagement: Coordinate recurring meetings, including manager one-on-ones and contribute to the development of quarterly newsletters.
  • Recruiting & Internship Support: Assist with job postings, candidate scheduling, and onboarding activities; support intern recruiting efforts and help plan and execute internship-related events during program cycles.
  • Payroll Support: Serve as backup to payroll processing, assisting with data entry, timekeeping review, and coordination to ensure accurate and timely payroll administration.
  • Wellness & Compliance Events: Plan and coordinate annual wellness initiatives, such as flu shot clinics, CPR certification, and the wellness fair.
  • Candidates must be a U.S. Person, defined as either a U.S. citizen or a lawful permanent resident (Green Card holder), and must be able to provide appropriate documentation upon hire to verify this status. Please note that some positions involve sensitive customer contracts and require U.S. citizenship as a condition of employment.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field (e.g., Business Administration)
  • Working knowledge of HRIS system such as Paylocity
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and effective in multitasking
  • Discretion and integrity when handling confidential or sensitive information
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and follow-up skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
