Machine Operator - 2nd Shift (3:00 PM-11:00 PM)
Pay: $20.00/hr
Location: Hendersonville, NC

Are you someone who takes pride in precision, enjoys working with your hands, and likes seeing the results of a job well done? We're looking for a reliable Machine Operator to join a fast-paced, safety-focused manufacturing team!

What You'll Do:
• Operate wire-drawing machines to produce wire with accurate size, smooth finish, and proper strength
• Read and follow work instructions, set up machinery, and select the right materials for each job
• Perform quality checks, spool and tag finished products, and prepare them for shipping
• Use micrometers, small hand tools, and wire welders for fuse/butt welding
• Safely operate hoists, pulleys, and guides to move materials
• Enter production data into the system accurately
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. as needed
• Be flexible for overtime when production is busy

What We're Looking For:
• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical know-how
• Ability to read instructions and use measurement tools
