- Manage and close strategic B2B accounts across Europe and the USA, focusing on long-term commercial growth.
- Lead consultative sales processes with clinics, medical practices, and clinic groups.
- Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, presentations, and commercial negotiations with senior stakeholders.
- Build, maintain, and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities using outbound, inbound, digital, and event-based sales activities.
- Develop new business partnerships and identify expansion opportunities within assigned territories.
- Deliver compelling, business-focused proposals tailored to client needs and objectives.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual revenue and sales performance targets.
- Support onboarding and early-stage customer adoption to encourage retention and long-term account success.
- Provide market feedback and commercial insights to leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Maintain accurate CRM reporting, forecasting, and pipeline tracking using tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Contribute to territory development, strategic initiatives, and commercial process improvements.
- Proven experience closing complex B2B sales deals in consultative or value-based selling environments.
- Strong track record managing long and multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Experience engaging and negotiating with senior decision-makers and executive-level stakeholders.
- Background in SaaS, healthcare technology, medical technology, or specialized industries is highly preferred.
- Experience working with clinics, medical practices, aesthetic providers, or healthcare organizations is considered a strong advantage.
- Excellent pipeline management, prospecting, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong commercial mindset with accountability for achieving revenue targets.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, performance-driven environment.
- Proficiency with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.
- Full professional fluency in English, both written and spoken.
