What We Are Looking For:
As we continue expanding our National Accounts division, we are looking for a highly driven Director of Strategic Growth who is ready to build, grow, and close strategic national partnerships.
This is not an account management role. This is a true enterprise hunter role focused on developing new business, building executive-level relationships, navigating complex sales cycles, and closing high-value opportunities.
You will work directly with executive leadership while helping drive growth across franchise systems, multi-location organizations, and private equity-backed platforms.
What You Will Do:
• Build and manage a strong enterprise pipeline
• Prospect into franchise systems, enterprise organizations, and private equity-backed platforms
• Lead executive-level conversations with CEOs, CMOs, operating partners, and leadership teams
• Sell integrated marketing solutions across direct mail, digital, and analytics-driven strategies
• Navigate proposals, RFPs, and contract negotiations
• Close strategic partnerships and drive net-new revenue growth

Compensation & Earnings Potential:

Who You Are:
• 5+ years of enterprise or national B2B sales experience
• Proven success closing large and complex deals
• Comfortable navigating long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
• Strong executive presence and communication skills
• Highly competitive, self-driven, and growth-focused
