This is a highly technical, customer-facing architecture role focused on designing enterprise-grade cyber resilience and identity protection solutions across complex hybrid and multi-cloud environments. You will act as a trusted advisor to large enterprise clients, helping them architect robust strategies for identity management, disaster recovery, and cyberattack resilience. The role blends deep technical expertise with strategic consulting, requiring close collaboration with customer stakeholders as well as internal engineering and product teams. You will lead discovery sessions, design end-to-end architectures, and translate complex recovery requirements into scalable, real-world solutions. A key part of your impact will be enabling organizations to protect and rapidly recover critical identity systems such as Active Directory and modern IAM platforms. You will also contribute to shaping best practices, reference architectures, and recovery frameworks used across the ecosystem. This is a high-visibility role with significant influence on customer outcomes and platform evolution.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise customers, designing end-to-end identity protection and cyber resilience architectures aligned with business continuity objectives.
- Lead technical discovery workshops to assess identity infrastructure, recovery readiness, and cyber resilience gaps.
- Design and validate advanced recovery strategies including immutable backups, air-gapped environments, clean room recovery, and automated runbooks.
- Architect tailored solutions for identity systems such as Active Directory, EntraID, and Okta to meet strict RPO/RTO requirements.
- Deliver executive-level presentations, technical workshops, and proof-of-value demonstrations showcasing identity recovery capabilities.
- Develop reference architectures, implementation guides, and best practices for identity protection across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
- Support customers and internal teams in implementing and testing recovery and disaster recovery procedures.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship on architectural decisions, edge cases, and cyber resilience strategies.
- 10+ years of experience designing, implementing, and recovering enterprise identity management systems (e.g., Active Directory, EntraID, Okta, or equivalent).
- Strong expertise in cyber resilience, disaster recovery, and enterprise backup architectures.
- Deep understanding of ransomware threats, incident response, and identity-focused recovery methodologies.
- Experience with hybrid and multi-cloud environments and enterprise-scale data protection solutions.
- Strong knowledge of frameworks such as NIST, ISO 22301, DORA, or equivalent compliance standards.
- Proven ability to engage with executive stakeholders and translate technical architecture into business value.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills, including creation of technical assets and runbooks.
- Strong problem-solving ability with experience navigating complex enterprise architecture challenges.
- Competitive compensation package ranging from $123,250 to $224,250 USD base salary.
- Additional variable compensation opportunities including performance incentives and equity participation.
- High-impact, customer-facing role with exposure to global enterprise environments.
- Strong career growth opportunities in solution architecture and technical leadership tracks.
- Continuous professional development, training programs, and certification support.
- Opportunity to work on cutting-edge cyber resilience and identity protection technologies.
- Flexible work environment with remote-friendly arrangements.
- Participation in industry events, technical communities, and customer innovation initiatives.
