YOUR TASKS
- PREPARATION... of quotations, order confirmations, invoices, delivery notes, and order documents in SAP
- ORGANIZATION... of international goods shipments including all required documentation, such as invoicing in SAP, shipping orders, customs documents, delivery notes, invoices, EUR1, ATR, certificates of origin, supplier declarations, etc.
- SUPPORT... of the commercial sales team in organizing international shipments, including the necessary documentation such as invoicing in SAP, shipping orders, customs documents, and delivery notes
- COMMUNICATION INTERFACE... between customers and production regarding delivery dates
- ORDER TRACKING... in SAP, including schedule maintenance
- ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS… such as sending test reports and filing, including all tax-related documents
- SHAPING... the mobility of the future
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed commercial education (HAK, HASCH, or commercial apprenticeship)
- Several years of relevant professional experience in a sales environment and/or in the marketing field
- German and English, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Solid knowledge and understanding of SAP R/3, SD module is an advantage
- High customer orientation, strong communication skills, resilience, ability to work in a team, precise and well‑organized working style
Our location is very well connected to public transport and only a 5-minute walk from Mödling railway station.
The minimum salary is from € 3,000 gross per month with appropriate qualifications.
