Senior Native Android Developer

You will take full ownership of the Android development lifecycle, from architecture and design to coding, testing, and deployment. Accountabilities:
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of high-quality Android applications using Java and Kotlin
  • Mentor and guide a team of Android developers, conducting code reviews and promoting best practices
  • Make architectural decisions to ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance of mobile applications
  • Collaborate with product, design, and cross-functional teams to implement user-focused features
  • Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party libraries to support application functionality
  • Ensure code quality, testing coverage, and adherence to Agile development processes
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to optimize performance and reliability
Requirements:
  • 57 years of professional experience in Android development, with expertise in Java and Kotlin
  • Deep understanding of Android SDK, mobile architecture patterns, and design principles
  • Experience integrating RESTful APIs and third-party libraries into Android applications
  • Strong proficiency with Git and version control workflows
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative development practices
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and mentoring skills
  • Ability to lead a team, provide technical guidance, and make architectural decisions
