CAR Assistant at Jostens

JOB TITLE: CAR Assistant

Location: Santiago

Modality: Hybrid

Training: 4 weeks

Salary: $40,00 0.00 with Salary Raise after 3 months.

Schedule: M-F 8:00 AM -5:00 PM

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OR PURPOSE OF JOB:

In partnership with the CAR’s this role provides support and help grow the independent reps Neff business. This involves helping the reps set up schools for ESO jacket sales, researching the specifications needed for the products, and adding them in questions on how to grow their sales. This role will include communications with the sales reps by both phone and e-mail.

RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Assist CAR Reps in Training New Sales Reps. on Product, Order Writing, Competitive Pricing and any other relevant activity related to Sales Reps. education
Request Custom Assets for Reps (product knowledge, order writing, working with Art Dept./OE)
Audit ESO’s
Answer Production Questions that will require investigation and correction of ESO’s
Investigate and follow up urgent orders that might have any issue, until are shipped
Assist and/or provide support to any activity related to the department

REQUIRED:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Fluent in English both speaking and writing.
Strong computer skills
Be able to work with several different departments
Be able to manage multiple tasks at once
Project management skills
Good telephone skills
Know all Company Systems, AS400, JNEFF, Sales Portal, Apparel Builder (ESO/DOE)
Product Knowledge (from our line guide), Order Writing, Pricing

Telephone Sales and or Service Experience
