Position Summary

We are seeking a Cashier to provide excellent customer service and ensure accurate handling of transactions. The cashier is responsible for operating the Point of Sale (POS) system, assisting customers at checkout, and maintaining a friendly and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers and provide a positive checkout experience.

- Operate POS systems to process cash, card, and digital payments.

- Handle returns, exchanges, and issue receipts.

- Maintain accuracy in cash handling and daily register balancing.

- Assist with stocking and keeping the checkout area clean and organized.

- Respond to customer inquiries and escalate issues when necessary.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred.

- Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays.
