Real Estate Funding Specialist at Kriss Law – Needham, Massachusetts

About the RoleWe are a busy real estate law office in Needham, MA. Looking for a reliable and detail-oriented team member to help support our closing and funding team.
No prior real estate experience is required; we will train you. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in an office setting, banking, or real estate.What You’ll Do

• Coordinate and process funding for real estate transactions
• Prepare and disburse outgoing checks in accordance with funding guidelines
• Ensure checks are accurately prepared, balanced, and issued within deadlines
• Communicate with lenders, processors, and agents to resolve funding conditions
• Collaborate effectively within a team environment to ensure timely disbursement
• Organize, maintain, and update detailed transaction records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company and regulatory requirements

• Reliable and able to meet daily deadlines
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and staying organized
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Positive can-do attitude and willingness to learn
• Good communication skills
• Nice to have but not required, any office, customer service, banking, or admin. experience
