Service & Parts Delivery Specialist at Permacold Engineering – Kent, Washington

We are seeking a candidate for our warehouse who will coordinate shipping/receiving, as well as deliver materials to job sites. This position is onsite in Kent, WA. Hours are Mon-Fri, 7am-3:30pm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Communication: Answering inquires and collaborating with other departments to deliver customer needs.
• Work Order Management: Monitoring open work orders and coordinating with dispatch to close out jobs quickly.
• Process Service Requests: Creating work orders and providing basic inside sales quotes.
• Parts Handling: Shipping and receiving, pick up, transport, and delivery of parts to service technicians and job sites. Ensure smooth workflow by coordinating logistics and maintaining accurate inventory records.
