Enrollment Accuracy

• Process enrollments and changes
• Verify carrier updates
• Keep systems aligned

Problem Solving

• Investigate discrepancies
• Manage retro adjustments
• Resolve carrier issues

Reporting & Audits

• Prepare enrollment reports
• Support audits
• Maintain clean data

Team Support

• Partner with Account Managers and Account Executives
• Support Open Enrollment
• Communicate with carriers and clients
