  • Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.

  • 6+ years of experience in incentive compensation leadership roles with proven success delivering enterprise-scale strategy, design, and execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with senior commercial, finance, and functional leaders to influence strategy and achieve meaningful outcomes.
  • Experience leading teams through transformation, modernization, and operating model evolution.
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and cross-functional leadership skills with comfort managing complex initiatives and budgets.
  • Executive presence, systems thinking, and ability to navigate ambiguity while creating clarity and alignment.
  • Ability to attract, develop, and retain diverse talent and build high-performing, engaged teams.
  • Desirable: expertise in incentive compensation governance, compliance, operational risk, and technology modernization.

Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary range of $236,600 – $439,400, with performance-based cash incentives and eligibility for equity awards.
  • Comprehensive health, life, and disability benefits.
  • 401(k) plan with company contributions and match.
  • Generous time off including vacation, personal days, holidays, and other leaves.
  • Remote work flexibility with occasional travel (~10%).
