Location: RemoteEmployment Status: Part time (up to 10 hours/week) Dates: April 15, 2026 - June 10, 2027
Student assistant for the Clinical Training Team in the Counseling Department, whose primary responsibilities are in assisting with multiple projects focused on document management in Google Drive and Tevera
- Maintain database information for students, faculty, site supervisors, and sites in ELC
- Create documentation/reports necessary for accreditation and university purposes.
- Offer feedback to CTT about content and processes
- Consult with CTT, as needed, to effectuate tasks and projects.
- Attend meetings with the Clinical Training Team as available
Required Qualifications:

- Currently enrolled PAU student.
- Comfort with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Calendar, etc.)
- Comfort with technology platforms, such as Zoom and Tevera.
- Comfort in using functions, such as screenshots, track changes, etc.
- Demonstrates ethical and professional communication skills.
- Ability to take initiative, follow instructions, and ask questions; solicit feedback as needed
- Available 10-20 hours weekly.
