Class 1 Owner Operator for Tanker (Valleyfield, Quebec) at Fortigo Freight Services Inc. – Valleyfield, Quebec

Job Summary

You will be parking your tractor in Valleyfield, Quebec. Daytime work available. Monday to Friday. Chemical liquid deliveries, 1, 2, 3 and 4 compartment tankers. You are required to have an Android phone that supports the Fortigo app where you will be getting your daily assignments and where you will be making updates throughout the day.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Picking up and delivery in GMA and the surrounding areas,
• Deliveries, usage of compressor, pump, blower, etc.
• Day-to-day activities include pre trip inspections, tanker safety check before departure.
• Daily communication with our Dispatch on your progress, identifying problems and resolving them with the dispatch.

Qualifications and Skills

• Clean Driving record and criminal search required
• 2 year of tractor trailer experience
• 6 month min tanker experience
• 2015 or newer tractor
• TDG certified an asset
• Day Cab or sleeper
