We’re looking for a hands-on, entrepreneurial Sales Manager who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, build a winning team, and drive success through canvassing, community outreach, cold calling, and grassroots lead generation.

The Role:
Think of this as your opportunity to partner with a roofing company that already has brand power and back-end systems in place. We need a Sales Manager who can:

✅ Build, train, and lead a high-performing canvassing and sales team
✅ Coach sales reps in cold outreach, door-to-door canvassing, and closing techniques
✅ Implement lead-generation strategies outside of digital ads
✅ Drive a culture of accountability, performance, and hustle
✅ Recruit hunters—not just salespeople—to self-generate leads
✅ (Preferred but not required) Guide sales reps through insurance claim processes and storm restoration jobs

What You Need:
• Minimum 2 years of in-home sales experience (roofing, solar, pest control, alarms, etc.)
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing or building sales teams
• Experience in door-to-door sales, cold calling, or canvassing is a must
• A leadership mindset—you’re not afraid of accountability or high expectations
• A long-term vision—you’re looking to build a career, not just get a job
• Experience in insurance restoration is a plus
