From our meticulously maintained golf courses to our exceptional amenities, every detail is designed to exceed expectations. We are currently seeking a Housekeeper to join our operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cleaning and Maintenance:
  • Living Quarters: Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and living areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and changing linens.
  • Public Spaces: Maintain cleanliness in public areas, including dining rooms, lounges, and event spaces. Ensure floors, surfaces, and furniture are kept in excellent condition.
  • Offices: Clean and organize office spaces, including dusting surfaces, emptying trash, and maintaining restrooms and break areas.
  • Outbuildings: Ensure that all outbuildings, such as storage sheds and maintenance buildings, are clean and orderly.
• Laundry Services:
  • Wash, dry, fold, and deliver linens, towels, and other laundry items as needed.
  • Maintain a well-organized laundry area and report any equipment malfunctions.
• Inventory Management:
  • Monitor and manage cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to the Housekeeping Manager.
  • Keep housekeeping storage areas neat and organized.
• Member and Guest Interaction:
  • Provide courteous and professional service to members and guests, addressing any requests or concerns related to cleanliness.
  • Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction by maintaining a clean and inviting environment.
• Safety and Compliance:
  • Follow all safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or security concerns to the Housekeeping Manager or appropriate staff.
• Additional Duties:
  • Assist with special cleaning projects, events, or seasonal tasks as assigned by the Housekeeping Manager.
  • Perform other related duties as required to support the overall operations of the club.

Qualifications:

• Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is desirable but not required.
• Skills and Competencies:
  • Valid Driver’s License and a clean DMV report.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Willing and able to operate ATVs, UTVs, and golfcarts.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
  • Good communication skills and a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to follow instructions and maintain high cleanliness standards.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds unassisted with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Capability to perform tasks that involve bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting, and other physical activities.
