We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to join our team at a senior living community. The ideal candidate will ensure the safety and security of residents, staff, and visitors while maintaining a welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and patrol the premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure the security of doors, windows, and gates.

- Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, conducting thorough investigations and reporting findings.

- Provide assistance to residents and visitors, addressing their concerns and ensuring a safe environment.

- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed.

- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and any unusual occurrences.

- Enforce community rules and regulations while promoting a positive atmosphere.

Skills and Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional security training or certification is a plus.

- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field preferred.

- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to remain calm and composed in emergency situations.

- Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation.
