The Service Advisor Assistant supports the Service Advisor team by helping coordinate customer service, documentation, and communication between customers, technicians, and the service department. Requirements:Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and assist with service check-in and checkout
- Support Service Advisors with repair order setup, updates, and follow-up communication
- Schedule service appointments and confirm customer information
- Communicate service status, recommendations, and timelines to customers as directed
- Assist with warranty, recall, and maintenance documentation
- Maintain accurate records in the Dealer Management System (DMS)
- Coordinate with technicians and parts department to ensure efficient workflow
- Promote a positive, professional, and customer-focused service experience
- Uphold Toyota and Chevrolet brand standards and dealership policies
Qualifications
- Previous automotive dealership or customer service experience preferred
- Interest in developing a career as a Service Advisor or in automotive service
- Strong computer skills; experience with Dealer Management Systems a plus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent required
