As a Cytotechnologist, you’ll play a vital role in our diagnostic team—helping detect disease early, supporting our pathologists, and ensuring the highest standards of laboratory quality and accuracy.

• Prepare, screen, and evaluate cytologic specimens to assist in the diagnosis of disease.

• Participate in fine needle aspiration (FNA) procedures and collaborate directly with pathologists.

• Ensure test results meet all quality control and regulatory requirements (CAP, CLIA, JCAHO, OSHA).

• Troubleshoot and resolve clinical or instrument issues using critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with lab and hospital policies.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in clinical laboratory science, cytology, or a related chemical/biological science.
  The degree requirement may be waived based on licensure and experience.

• Experience: 2–4 years in a cytology or clinical lab environment preferred.

• Certification: Board registered or eligible Cytotechnologist (ASCP or equivalent).

• Licensure: Licensed Cytologist (LC)
