The Role

As a B2B Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating and managing new commercial relationships with:
• Property management companies
• Real estate investors & brokerages
• Insurance adjusters (IA & PA)
• HOAs, facility managers, and developers

You’ll represent our company as a trusted solutions provider, helping clients navigate insurance claims and capital improvement projects.

Responsibilities
• Prospect and generate B2B leads through outbound efforts and networking
• Build and maintain strong relationships with adjusters, realtors, and property managers
• Conduct site inspections, document damage, and coordinate with estimators
• Close deals and manage customer communication from inspection through project completion
• Track performance and opportunities using CRM tools
• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless project execution

Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in construction, roofing, or restoration
• Strong knowledge of insurance claims and B2B processes
• Existing network of adjusters, realtors, or commercial contacts preferred
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within territory
• Self-motivated, organized, and hungry to earn
• Experience using CRM and digital tools for pipeline management

Compensation

This is a commission-only, 1099 position with 50% revenue share on net profit for each project you close.
Our top earners are making $100k–$300k+ annually based on performance. There is no cap on commission.
