Compensation & Schedule

• Base Pay: $35.00-$42.76 (based on experience)
• Shift Differential: $1.50/hr for evening and $3.00/hr for nights
• up to $5,000 Sign-On Bonus
• Full-time and PRN positions available
• 8 hour or 12 hour shifts
• Predictable scheduling

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support CNAs
• Deliver high-quality skilled nursing care
• Partner with families and providers
• Practice with autonomy and clinical integrity
• Build long-term relationships with residents

Qualifications

• Current Illinois RN license
• Graduate of accredited nursing program (we love new grads!)
• Long-term care experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to work every other weekend/holiday
