We are seeking a customer focused, self-driven, organized individual to join our customer engagement team.
JOB SUMMARY
As a Customer Engagement Advisor, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers, addressing their inquiries, and providing exceptional service to ensure their satisfaction. You will serve as a point of contact for customers, striving to enhance their overall experience with the company.
QUALIFICATIONS
• 1 or more years of experience providing telephonic customer support
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in customer service best practices
• Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and empathy
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to customer inquiries via inbound and outbound calls.
- Review and process candidate applications, evaluations, pre and post examination transactions and records associated with candidates seeking BCSP certifications and designations throughout the certification lifecycle.
- Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Build rapport and establish trust with customers to promote long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the Customer Management System.
