We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our Pain Management team. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures

- Prepare and maintain examination rooms, ensuring cleanliness and proper equipment

- Record patient medical histories and vital signs accurately

- Schedule patient appointments and manage follow-up care

- Educate patients on treatment plans and medication instructions

- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations

- Assist with administrative tasks, including billing and insurance verification

- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care

Skills and Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a medical assistant program preferred

- Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) is a plus

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems

- Knowledge of medical terminology and pain management practices

- Compassionate and patient-focused attitude
