Job Title: Facilities Manager
Location: Camp Arifjan, Kuwait

Responsibilities

The Facilities Manager (OR) will be responsible for the complete maintenance of the HVAC and generators systems for the designated facilities. They will be responsible for interfacing with onsite personnel as well as local maintenance services to ensure equipment is running properly.

• Must be fluent in both English and German (spoken and written).

• Strong understanding of HVAC and commercial electrical systems.

• Working knowledge of Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical (NBC) overpressure/filtration systems.

• Must obtain and maintain a valid German work permit and perform duties under LN status for the duration of the contract.

• Willingness and ability to travel as required by the Government.

Qualifications

• An Active, in-scope US Government issued Secret clearance (Interim Secret Clearance is acceptable).

• Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US Citizenship is required.

• Must have a minimum of 2 years management of a facility.

• Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience running a facility in a military environment.
• Able to travel to support mission up to 10%.
