Construction Sales & Estimating Manager Division 5 Miscellaneous Metals at Industrial Succession Group – Anaheim, California

Pen Manufacturing is seeking a Construction Sales & Estimating Manager to support and grow our Division 5 miscellaneous metals fabrication business.

This role focuses on identifying project opportunities, managing contractor relationships, and working closely with estimating and engineering teams to deliver accurate and competitive bids.

We are a fabrication focused operation and partner with installers and general contractors to deliver high quality fabricated metal solutions.

Role Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with general contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and municipal clients
• Identify Division 5 project opportunities within infrastructure and commercial sectors
• Collaborate with internal estimating and engineering teams to prepare bids and proposals
• Assist with pricing strategy and margin analysis
• Conduct site visits and project reviews as needed
• Support project handoff to operations after award
• Track pipeline activity and bid performance metrics

This role supports overall sales leadership and works closely with the Director of Sales to drive construction revenue growth.

Ideal Background

• 5–10+ years in Division 5 metals, structural steel, or construction related sales
• Experience in fabrication environments preferred
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and bid processes
• Comfortable working closely with estimating teams
• Ability to manage multiple bids and priorities

Installation and bonding experience is a plus but not required.

Compensation

Base salary plus performance based incentive tied to revenue growth and margin performance.
