We are seeking an experienced Security and Safety Director to lead all safety and security operations for our site. This is a high-impact leadership role, responsible for ensuring the protection of employees, individuals served, and the surrounding community while driving efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement.What Youll Do Direct and oversee all safety and security operations for the site. Lead, mentor, and manage the safety/security team to ensure high performance and accountability. Partner with leadership on strategic planning, budget management, and operational priorities. Collaborate with internal departments and local authorities on investigations involving security risks such as escapes, disturbances, or thefts. Develop, review, and implement safety/security policies, procedures, and emergency operations plans. Act as advisor during emergency responses, ensuring preparedness and effective execution. Ensure compliance with company standards, client requirements, and accreditation bodies. Monitor department systems, staffing, and resources to maximize efficiency without compromising safety. What Were Looking ForEducation Bachelors degree (required). Experience 10+ years in a secure treatment setting, with at least 5 years in management (required). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (required).
