Elite Buying Skills: Strong understanding of market trends, vehicle valuation, and competitive pricing strategies.

Customer-Focused: Commitment to delivering a premium experience for every customer.

Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools, inventory management systems, and dealership software.
