Sales Associate - Antibes Boutique at Antibes LLC – Chattanooga, Tennessee

We are seeking a polished, service-driven Sales Associate to join our high-end boutique. This role requires an individual who is passionate about luxury fashion, has a keen eye for style, and thrives in a client-focused retail environment. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional shopping experience, building lasting relationships with clients, and driving sales through personalized service.

• This role requires x3 days per week plus 1 Saturday a month.

Requirements & Key Responsibilities:

• Provide elevated, one-on-one customer service tailored to the boutique’s clientele
• Maintain deep product knowledge to offer styling suggestions and build complete looks
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, including follow-ups and personal outreach
• Support visual merchandising standards and ensure the boutique remains pristine and organized
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets
• Assist with inventory management, restocking, and new product launches
• Stay current on fashion trends and brand updates
