WyoTech is seeking an enthusiastic and organized individual to serve as our Tour Experience Coordinator, dedicated to providing an exceptional first impression for prospective students and their families. This position plays a key role in guiding visitors through the WyoTech experience. Offering campus tours, sharing insights about our programs, student life, and community, and ensuring every guest leaves with a clear understanding of what makes WyoTech unique.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead daily walking tours, providing visitors and prospective students with informative and interactive experiences in our learning facilities and programs
- Organize and maintain a tour schedule that integrates multiple departments
- Ensure the tour greeting and welcome area is professionally maintained
- Build and improve the daily tour experience through cross-departmental collaboration
- Collaborate with various departments to organize visits, events, travel, and other related activities
- Assist with developing and maintaining event expectations and guidelines for WyoTech
- Assist in managing food orders and setup needs for events in coordination with team leaders and campus facilities
- Assist in training staff to ensure the best campus experience for all visitors
- Provide additional support to the Executive Experience Manager as needed
- Maintain the WyoTech central calendar with events, ensuring all relevant team members have these events on their Outlook calendars
- Assist in maintaining WyoTech's SharePoint and Salesforce, ensuring accurate documentation of events, visits, and updates
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Resourceful, proactive, and possess a strong sense of responsibility and ownership
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with advanced organizational skills
- Capable of managing and prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and oral
- Experience in event planning and execution in a professional setting
- Solutions and results-oriented, with the ability to foster and maintain a cooperative work environment
- Adaptable to changing work requirements and priorities, including potential overtime or extended hours
Minimum Requirement (A combination of the following experience/training would qualify):
- High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited academic institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education
- One to two years of administrative or event coordination experience
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams) and Salesforce
