Insurance & Reinsurance Attorney (Defense) at Top Tier Reps LLC – Atlanta, Georgia

Our client, a highly respected Am Law 200 firm, is seeking an experienced Insurance & Reinsurance Attorney to join its expanding national practice.

This is a remote position, but candidates must hold active bar licensure in the state where they reside.

Salary range: $135,000 to $160,000 a year

The attorney will represent domestic and international insurers and reinsurers across a wide range of matters, including:

• Pre-underwriting risk evaluations

• Claims management and strategic guidance

• U.S. insurance coverage opinions, with an emphasis on professional liability risks

Ideal candidates will have experience in insurance coverage, medical malpractice, or mass tort defense litigation.

• J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials

• Licensed and in good standing in your state of residence

• 2+ years of relevant law firm experience

• Demonstrated expertise in coverage analysis and claims-related legal advice

• Excellent legal writing and analytical skills

• Experience with motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation

• Familiarity with e-discovery tools and litigation support technology

• Professional, organized, and capable of managing multiple complex matters independently
