Overview

The Technology Implementation Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the successful implementation, adoption, and optimization of enterprise technologies that support the company’s current operations and future growth. This role ensures technology initiatives are aligned with overall business strategy, enable scalability, and help the organization meet Electric Boat’s contracted demand and future business needs.

The Supervisor will work cross-functionally with EBIT Technical teams, Operations, Engineering, Planning, Program Offices and executive leadership, as well with external partners to ensure solutions are deployed effectively, consistently, and on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities
• Ability to translate business needs into practical system requirements
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong leadership presence
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong understanding of how technology enables operational scalability and business growth
• Experience working in a growth-oriented or demand-driven environment preferred

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business Analytics or Finance
• 5+ years of experience IT, Engineering, Planning, Data Management , Finance or technology-focused role
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance through the Department of Defense

Preferred:

• Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or operations-driven organizations
• Familiarity with ERP, MES, workforce management, or enterprise platforms
