About This Position

GCyber is seeking an Application Support Administrator, to support a high-profile government customer. As the Application Support Technician, you will ensure application operate efficiently and meets user needs.

As an Application Support Administrator, you will:
  • Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts across enterprise systems in accordance with approved requests and security policies.
  • Provide Level 1/Level 2 application support for account access issues, password resets, and login troubleshooting.
  • Investigate and resolve incidents and requests, escalating to higher-level support when necessary.
  • Monitor and report on ticket status and trends, proactively identify opportunities to improve service performance and security.
  • Ensure all changes follow change control protocols and are logged in the ticketing system
  • Support audits of application security controls, accounts, and accessess
  • Support application assessments for compliance with security policies, internal and external requirements.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects that involve cloud applications and systems as needed.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
  • Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance
  • BA/BS Degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field (6 years additional experience may be substituted for a degree)
  • DoD IAT II Level Certification or Higher
  • 4+ years of related experience
