Salamander Middleburg, a Forbes Five-Star luxury resort, is now hiring Seasonal Pool Servers for our newly renovated pool experience. We are seeking energetic, service-minded individuals who enjoy working in a beautiful outdoor setting while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Estimated earnings of $25–$30 per hour including tips; actual earnings may vary based on performance, business levels and schedules.
Limited seasonal positions available. Hiring now for April start.

What You Will Do

• Provide attentive poolside food and beverage service
• Take accurate orders and deliver food and beverages promptly
• Create engaging and memorable guest experiences
• Maintain clean and organized service areas
• Work closely with culinary and bar teams
• Follow Forbes standards and responsible alcohol service practices

Qualifications

• Previous pool server, restaurant server, or food and beverage service experience preferred
• Strong communication and guest service skills
• Reliable and professional work habits
• Ability to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment
• Weekend and holiday availability required
• Must be at least 18 years old

Schedule

• Seasonal: April through October
• Day shifts with weekend availability required
