Requirements:What You’ll Do
- Welcome customers and provide an exceptional, friendly service experience
- Listen carefully to customer concerns and translate them into clear repair orders
- Explain recommended services in a simple, customer-friendly way
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate and timely repairs
- Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the process
- Recommend maintenance, repairs, and value-added services
- Build strong, long-term customer relationships
- Provide post-service follow-up to ensure satisfaction

Automotive Knowledge
- Basic understanding of vehicle systems and repair processes
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly

- Ability to recommend services confidently and ethically
- Comfortable discussing timelines, repair needs, and pricing
Computer & Systems Skills
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, dealership software)
Certifications & Licenses
- Valid driver’s license
- Previous Service Advisor experience required
