Job Description:
As a Flat Rate Detailer, you will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning, detailing, and maintaining the appearance of our vehicles to ensure they meet the highest standards. This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, efficient, and has an eye for detail. You will work on a flat rate basis, ensuring productivity and quality go hand-in-hand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform exterior and interior detailing of vehicles, including washing, waxing, buffing, vacuuming, and steam cleaning.
• Clean and polish all surfaces, including upholstery, carpets, windows, and wheels.
• Apply protective coatings and finishes to vehicles.
• Inspect vehicles for quality control and ensure all detailing is completed to the highest standard.
• Maintain detailed records of work completed and document any issues or damages found during the detailing process.
• Ensure that detailing supplies and equipment are properly maintained and stocked.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety procedures.
• Communicate with the service team to ensure timely completion of vehicles.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in automotive detailing preferred but not required.
• Ability to work efficiently and with attention to detail.
• Must be able to work independently and handle a high volume of vehicles.
• Good knowledge of automotive cleaning products and techniques.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks as needed.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
