We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Market Intelligence Analyst to transform complex commercial, operational, and market data into actionable insights that drive business growth. In this role, you will analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends to support forecasting, pricing, territory planning, and strategic initiatives. Collaborating closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations, you will provide data-driven recommendations that enhance decision-making and strengthen competitive positioning. This is a remote position, offering the opportunity to work in a collaborative, analytical, and fast-paced environment where your insights directly impact revenue and customer value.
Analyze sales, customer, and operational datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and risks affecting revenue and profitability.
Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support sales performance tracking, pipeline management, and territory strategy.
Build forecasting and predictive models for revenue planning, demand forecasting, and capacity planning.
Conduct market, customer, and competitor analysis to inform sales strategy and account management.
Support strategic sales initiatives, pricing decisions, and cross-functional projects by translating data into actionable insights.
Leverage advanced analytics tools and programming to continuously improve reporting, analytics capabilities, and commercial intelligence.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related quantitative field.
5+ years of experience in data analytics, commercial analytics, or business intelligence, preferably supporting sales or commercial strategy.
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, analytic programming languages, and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data storytelling skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
Ability to understand operational, product, and customer dynamics to inform commercial outcomes.
Excellent communication, consultative, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and manage projects effectively in a remote environment.
