Schedule: Monday - Friday.
Project Scope: Construction Management (Commercial, Industrial, and Government/Federal).

You will apply your mastery of skilled trades to build, install, and repair critical structures within high-stakes commercial and federal environments. This role provides the opportunity to work with a dedicated, long-tenured team where your craftsmanship and technical precision directly contribute to the project's structural integrity.
How You Will Make an ImpactConstruct complex framework and install fixtures using a variety of materials including wood, fiberglass, steel, and concrete.
Interpret detailed building plans and blueprints to execute assigned tasks with surgical accuracy and minimal waste.
Execute independent installations of metal and wood stud framing, cabinetry, windows, doors, hardware, and acoustical ceilings.
Calculate precise measurements to determine the exact size and quantity of materials required for each phase of construction.
Validate that all completed work complies with strict building codes and project specifications to ensure long-term durability.
Maintain a clean and organized work area while managing the loading, unloading, and inventory of jobsite materials.
Uphold rigorous safety regulations and manual tool protocols to minimize workplace risks and ensure a secure environment for the entire crew.
5+ years of professional carpentry experience in a commercial or industrial setting.
Proven proficiency with a wide range of electric, manual, and measurement tools.
Strong physical endurance with the ability to lift 25+ lbs regularly throughout the day.
Solid understanding of basic math for field calculations and material estimation.
Fluency in the English language and reliable transportation to various jobsites.
High School Diploma or GED.
Advanced knowledge of diverse carpentry techniques and modern installation methods.
Experience working on prevailing wage or local government construction projects.
