Narmi is helping community banks and credit unions compete with the biggest players in fintech. To do that, we need great people across every part of the business, and hiring the right team is one of the most important things we do.The people we hire shape the company.

We’re looking for a full-cycle recruiter to lead hiring across our GTM and G&A teams. That includes Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Partnerships, Finance, Legal, HR, and Operations.
This is a true end-to-end recruiting role. You’ll run searches from the first outreach through closing the offer. There are no sourcers and no coordinators, just smart, motivated recruiters who like owning the entire process and doing it well.
Recruiters here are trusted partners in hiring decisions, working directly with founders and executives to define roles, challenge assumptions, and build strong teams.

We focus on hiring the right people, not just moving reqs quickly. Searches are run thoughtfully, with an emphasis on quality over volume.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead full-cycle hiring for GTM and G&A roles across the company, from kickoff to signed offer.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define what great actually looks like before a search begins.
  • Build top-of-funnel pipelines through thoughtful sourcing and outreach. Strong sourcing instincts matter here.
  • Run the interview process end-to-end — scheduling, candidate communication, and keeping momentum across multiple searches.
  • Create a great candidate experience through clear, thoughtful communication at every stage.
  • Guide hiring teams through structured interviews and effective debriefs so we make strong, consistent decisions.
  • Manage pipelines and interview plans in Gem (our ATS) and keep searches organized.
  • Present and close offers with confidence.
  • Represent Narmi well to every candidate you meet, bringing our mission, culture, and expectations to life.
  • Help strengthen our hiring practices so they stay structured, inclusive, and high quality as we grow.
  • Maintain a high hiring bar, helping teams make thoughtful decisions about who should join Narmi, not just filling open roles.

What You Bring
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a startup or fast-growing company.
  • Experience hiring for GTM or G&A roles such as Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, or Operations.
  • Comfort running the entire recruiting process independently — sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, and closing.
  • A strong track record sourcing and closing high-caliber candidates.
  • Experience managing multiple searches and pipelines in an ATS.
  • Proficiency with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • The ability to build trust quickly with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Experience running offers and negotiations.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift.
  • A commitment to building strong, diverse candidate pipelines.

Who You’ll Work With
You’ll partner directly with Narmi’s founders and executives leading our Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and corporate teams. Recruiters at Narmi work closely with leadership to define roles, shape interview processes, and make strong hiring decisions.
You’ll also be part of a small recruiting team that believes great hiring is one of the most important ways we build the company.

The expected annual base salary for this role is $110,000 - $130,000. Base salary is only part of your total compensation. In addition to base salary, you will receive an equity option grant, and are eligible for performance-based cash and equity bonuses. Compensation included in an offer will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills, experience and geographic location. Compensation ranges for candidates located outside of New York City may differ. You will also receive a full benefits package.
