About This Position
UVS Games is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented inventory manager to join our team. Our ideal candidate is comfortable taking chaotic inventory data and transforming it into clean, reportable information. This person has experience setting up an inventory module in a new ERP system and using that system to manage inventory on a global scale at multiple locations.

What you’ll do:
- Lead ERP inventory module set up.
- Develop inventory analytics and reporting.
- Gather inventory demand information from various departments to aggregate overall inventory need.
- Responsible for the accuracy of UVS Games inventory at all locations. globally, including materials at 3PLs and vendors.
- Track production component usage and adjust inventory accordingly.
- Call out potential shortages.
- Trigger transfers to balance inventory between storage locations.
- Ensure inventory is available to meet sales forecast targets.
- Manage disposition of obsolete inventory including potential repurpose, donation and destruction.
- Produce weekly and ad hoc inventory reports.
- Travel to audit inventory information in the USA and abroad is required. (Estimated 5% annual travel time)
What we are looking for:
- 3+ years of experience in an inventory management role or equivalent education.
- Experience setting up new inventory systems
- Experience working with multiple inventory tracking systems
- Proven ability to work closely with cross-functional teams both internally and externally.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in both Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Sheets and Excel
- Based in the greater Seattle, WA area is a requirement
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with inventory management knowledge of tabletop games, printed material and trade marketing material.
