Shift/Schedule: 2nd Shift/6pm - 6:30am | Alternative Work Schedule
Pay: Base + Shift Differential = $34.50/hour (+ based on experience)

What You’ll Do

• Lead and participate in safety, quality, OEE, and cost improvement opportunities and initiatives
• Provide team members and internal customers with the tools, parts, certified training, and procedures to be successful
• Coordinate system breakdown priorities with production for maintenance team members
• Support the Maintenance Planning/Scheduling process with work orders assigning to the maintenance team
• Audit the work of the Maintenance team, recognizing good work and coaching improvement opportunities
• Manage team member’s time schedules, PTO schedules, and weekend rotation
• Lead and participate in various continuous improvement projects and kaizen activities
• Support Manufacturing, Technical Services, and Quality by supporting various work requests delivered though the CMMS

What You’ll Need

• 5+ Years of related experience leading, coaching, and developing individuals and teams
• Demonstrated excellent management, collaboration, organizational and leadership skills required
• Ability to problem solve and deal with a variety of complex improvement opportunities
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment (stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 30 lbs)
• Team-player mindset who shows up on time and ready to work
