Job Overview:

Location: Onsite (Morganville, NJ)
Job/Employment Type: Part-Time.
Schedule: Monday - Friday and Weekends.
Project Scope: Residential HVAC / Mechanical

The Opportunity: You will serve as the face of Pro Energy Solutions within a retail environment, sparking the initial interest that drives our residential HVAC business forward. This role offers the chance to master the art of professional engagement while working for a family-owned company that prioritizes your individual growth and career stability. Your ability to build rapport with homeowners will directly impact our teams success and help families access high-quality home comfort solutions.
How You Will Make an Impact:
Initiate professional conversations with retail customers to identify residential heating and cooling needs.
Generate high-quality sales leads by educating homeowners on Pro Energy Solutions specialized HVAC services.
Promote current sales promotions and contests to drive customer interest and scheduled consultations.
Maintain a positive and energetic presence in the retail space to uphold the companys strong local reputation.
Coordinate with the sales and client relations team to ensure seamless hand-offs of prospective customer data.
Document customer interactions accurately within our modern CRM and dispatch systems to track performance.
Represent company values of integrity and teamwork in every customer interaction to build long-term trust.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Proven ability to communicate with confidence and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated mindset with a strong focus on achieving performance-based goals and bonuses.
Reliable attendance and a flexible schedule including availability for weekend shifts.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or face-to-face marketing environments.
Demonstrated ability to handle rejection with a positive attitude and maintain high energy levels.
Familiarity with residential HVAC concepts or a willingness to learn technical service basics.
