As a Senior Customer Acquisition Growth Marketing Manager, you will oversee the development, execution, and optimization of direct mail acquisition strategies:
Lead and scale a high-volume direct-to-consumer direct mail prescreen program, managing one of the organization’s most significant acquisition channels.
Design and execute targeting strategies, including triggers, third-party list partnerships, and prescreen initiatives to efficiently expand reach.
Analyze campaign performance across direct mail and digital channels to identify trends, measure ROI, and recommend optimization strategies.
Collaborate with marketing analytics and data science teams to refine audience segmentation, prescreen criteria, scoring models, and campaign forecasting.
Develop creative briefs and coordinate with creative teams and external agencies to produce compliant, high-performing marketing assets.
Lead testing and experimentation across targeting, messaging, and creative formats to improve key metrics such as CAC, conversion rates, and lifetime value.
Manage agency relationships and vendor partnerships to ensure timely, high-quality campaign delivery.
Oversee complex projects and marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and measurable impact on growth.
The ideal candidate combines strong marketing expertise with data-driven decision-making and cross-functional leadership:
7+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing roles.
At least 3+ years managing large-scale prescreen direct mail programs (3M+ mail pieces per month), preferably within consumer lending or financial services.
Strong analytical capabilities with experience evaluating campaign performance and making data-driven marketing decisions.
Hands-on experience with SQL or similar tools for independent analysis is preferred.
Proven experience developing creative briefs and managing creative testing and production workflows.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including data science, analytics, creative, and marketing stakeholders.
Experience managing multi-channel acquisition strategies across direct mail, digital, email, and retargeting channels.
Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree is a plus.

Tier 1 (San Francisco Bay Area, New York, Seattle): $157,000 – $172,000
Tier 2 (Chicago, Austin, Denver, Boston, Washington DC, San Diego, Portland, Sacramento, Philadelphia, Los Angeles, Santa Barbara): $142,000 – $156,000
Tier 3 (All other U.S. metro areas): $125,000 – $138,000
