Requirements:

The ideal candidate combines strong marketing expertise with data-driven decision-making and cross-functional leadership:

  • 7+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing roles.

  • At least 3+ years managing large-scale prescreen direct mail programs (3M+ mail pieces per month), preferably within consumer lending or financial services.

  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience evaluating campaign performance and making data-driven marketing decisions.

  • Hands-on experience with SQL or similar tools for independent analysis is preferred.

  • Proven experience developing creative briefs and managing creative testing and production workflows.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including data science, analytics, creative, and marketing stakeholders.

  • Experience managing multi-channel acquisition strategies across direct mail, digital, email, and retargeting channels.

  • Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree is a plus.

Benefits:

This role offers a competitive compensation package and a range of benefits designed to support flexibility, well-being, and professional growth:
