About this opportunity

As the Senior Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software solutions that support our organisations strategic and operational goals.

Working closely with our global engineering team and stakeholders across the business, you will lead the development of complex systems, integrations, and applications that enhance our services and improve operational efficiency. You will also provide technical leadership, mentor other developers, and contribute to the ongoing evolution of our technology platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of complex software systems, APIs, and integration solutions.
  • Take ownership of our core systems platform and drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop, test, and deploy high-quality applications using modern technologies and frameworks.
  • Design and implement integrations between internal systems and third-party platforms.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews to support best practice development.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Optimise system performance, scalability, and security.
  • Contribute to long-term technical strategy and innovation across the organisation.

About you

  • Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Strong experience in software development, including C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern web technologies (HTML/CSS and frameworks).
  • Experience working with databases and cloud technologies, including SQL Server, MariaDB/MySQL or PostgreSQL, and Azure services such as Logic Apps, Power Automate, or Azure Functions.
  • Experience with Git, CI/CD systems, and building scalable, integrated software solutions.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with international teams and stakeholders, building strong working relationships across technical and business groups.
  • A proactive, analytical, and solution-focused mindset with strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
