You're Perfect If You Have:

MUST HAVES:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years phone/customer service experience (telemarketing a plus!)
• Positive attitude and thick skin (rejection happens, champions bounce back!)
• Goal-driven mindset - you LOVE hitting targets.
• Professional phone voice and communication skills
• Reliable attendance (your team counts on you!)

• Experience in home improvement
• CRM/Salesforce experience
• College degree or sales training
