As an HVAC Inside Sales Leader, you will be the driving force behind Team Development and Revenue Growth:
Team Performance Management: Establish and monitor team KPIs, maintaining a weekly scoreboard to track tickets written, gross margin, and order accuracy.
Sales Strategy: Drive HVAC sales growth by shadowing associates to improve selling effectiveness and increase average ticket value.
Operational Precision: Champion order accuracy by conducting routine Sales Portal audits and meeting weekly with the Warehouse Lead to improve branch efficiency.
Onboarding & Training: Own the training process for new associates, ensuring the team is proficient in processing orders, quotes, and returns per company SOPs.
Active Sales Support: Serve as an active member of the HVAC counter, assisting customers via phone, email, and in-person with technical solutions for complex systems.
Experience: Proven ability to lead and develop a team with a focus on coaching and performance metrics.
HVAC Mastery: Deep proficiency in residential and light commercial ducted systems, ductless systems, and related parts.
Financial Acumen: A strong understanding of pricing and profit models to make margin-conscious decisions.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills for conducting team huddles, 1:1 meetings, and maintaining customer relationships.
Analytical Ability: Skilled at analyzing performance trends and addressing operational gaps promptly using KPI data.
